How long does shipping take?
Every toy is handmade, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Within Germany, DHL usually delivers 1–2 working days after that. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany, shipping is €6.49 for parcels up to 2 kg, and free on orders from €45. The exact cost is always shown before you pay. See Shipping & Delivery for all the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From our website we ship to Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong. Customers in the UK and USA can order through our Etsy shop. We don't currently ship to other EU countries.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Within Germany, no. For orders outside the EU, import taxes, duties or carrier fees may be charged on delivery depending on your country's rules. These are paid by the customer and we can't influence or refund them. Please check your national customs website for details.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Please note:
- You pay the return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in their original condition

Do you make custom orders?
Yes! I make custom gift bundles, colours and larger orders. Just email us with your idea and I'll get back to you with a price and timing. Please note that items made to your personal specifications can't be returned.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to sort out any problem quickly and fairly.
